CHILDCARE SUBSIDY APPROVED SERVICE!
CABOOSH is an approved service for childcare subsidy (CCS), so you receive reduced fees, subsidised by the government.
Depending on your circumstances, the government will pay up to 90% of your fees for you! Meaning the out-of-pocket cost to you is kept to a minimum.
Below fees are effective from 30 September 2024.
Our Fees
FULL TIME SPECIAL
FROM $41.33* / Week
Applies to before & after school care only during school terms. Not available for school holiday / vacation care programs. Full Fee $285 / Week, applied as $24 per Before School Session, $33 per After School Session (before CCS).
FROM $3.63* / Session
CABOOSH opens at 6:30am, giving you plenty of time to get to work. We start our morning with quiet activities to allow the children to wake up, and provide each child with breakfast. The rest of the morning is filled with fun indoor and outdoor activities, before transporting your children to school on our private mini buses.
Full Fee / Session (before CCS)
Permanent: $25
Casual: $27
FROM $5.08* / Session
Our private mini buses will collect your children from school, and bring them back to the centre. The afternoon is then filled with fun outdoor play, craft, and a variety of indoor or outdoor games. We provide afternoon tea, and fruit during the course of the afternoon, and ensure your children are well looked after until you arrive to collect them by 6:30pm.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS & STAFF DEV. DAYS
FROM $13.05* / Day
During school holidays, our centre is open from 6:30am through till 6:30pm for all day care. We provide an exciting mix of excursions, incursions, theme days, and workshops. The specific details of each day are provided on the activity program that gets released prior to booking.
Additionally, we open for all day care on most public school staff development days. These are advertised and booked as part of our school holiday programs.
Full fees vary as specified on the program flyer (from $90 to $120 per day before CCS)
*FROM fees shown above are indicative out-of-pocket cost based on an 90% Childcare Subsidy (CCS) entitlement on a permanent booking, inclusive of a 5% withholding. Actual fees payable will vary depending on individual circumstances.
Additional Fees & Bonds

A Deposit Bond is payable and held for each enrolled child. It is refundable upon withdrawal from the service, provided the account is paid in full.
The bond held is calculated as follows:
1. Where a family has signed up for Direct Debit payments, the bond will be $100 per child
2. Where a family has not signed up for Direct Debit, the bond will be 2 weeks full fees for permanent bookings, or $100 for any other type of booking (casual, rotating roster, vacation care only).
3. A minimum bond of $100 applies to all children

The following additional fees will apply if you have signed up for payment via direct debit.
Payment from Bank Account: Free
Payment by Credit Card: 2%
Dishonour Fee: $7.70 -
A fee of $25 per 15 minutes or part there of is applicable where a child is collected after the closing time of the service.

Where an account remains overdue following a reminder, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount may be applied.
